Terms of Service for ClientDoneForYou

1. Service description

ClientDoneForYou provides software and workflow tools for lead discovery, outreach operations, campaign management, and related automation support.

Purchases made through the website are for access to software features and related platform functionality. Any separate human-delivered services, if ever offered, would be governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for businesses and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession. You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind the business you represent, provide accurate information when creating an account, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected third-party accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others
• send spam, fraudulent messages, or abusive outreach
• buy, sell, or artificially generate traffic, followers, reactions, or engagement
• scrape, collect, or process personal data without a valid legal basis
• ignore opt-outs, suppression lists, or applicable direct-marketing rules
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• circumvent rate limits, safety controls, or account protections
• use the product in a way that violates the rules of connected platforms

4. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

If you connect third-party accounts such as LinkedIn, email providers, or other external services, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those integrations complies with the applicable third-party terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or other connected platforms. We may limit or suspend automation that creates legal, security, platform, or reputational risk.

5. Customer compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your prospect data, targeting, messages, and campaigns, including establishing any required legal basis, providing required notices, honoring objections and opt-outs, and complying with GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, and other laws that apply to you. The service does not provide legal advice or make a campaign lawful by itself.

6. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the plan selected at checkout. Pricing, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the website or checkout page. Subscription plans renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

7. Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Digital access is normally activated after successful payment. Delivery and cancellation are described in our Delivery and Cancellation Policy. Eligible refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, and platform content, except for content and data you provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription or valid access period.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or use the service in a prohibited way. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding lead volume or quality, replies, meetings, revenue, campaign performance, or availability of third-party platforms. Generated recommendations and data must be reviewed by you before use.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORCHID'S DEVOTION UNIPESSOAL LDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your campaigns, content, prospect data, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new last-updated date and provide notice of material changes where required.
